Both "re-estimate" and "reestimate" are correct, but the preferred form is "reestimate" as it's more commonly used. The hyphenated form is also acceptable but is less common.

re-estimate

This is a correct construction but less common than "reestimate".

This form is used when you want to indicate that you are estimating something again, typically after a previous estimate was made.
