"I would like to seek for your approval" vs "I would like to seek for your kind approval"

While the word "for" is used after the verb "search" (i.e., "search for"), it is not used after the word "seek," because seek means "to search for". So, you would never "seek for" someone's approval, although you might seek his approval.

It sounds a bit over-the-top to say that you are seeking someone's kind approval. You might say instead, "I wanted to request your approval..."

I would like to seek for your approval

This is not correct. Don't use this phrase.

While you can "search for" something, you can't "seek for" it; the verb "seek" is not followed by a preposition.

I would like to seek for your kind approval
